The apex of CELESTA™: sculpted, tightened, contoured

The patient in this video is muscular, fit, and clear about what she wants: sculpted lines, tightened skin, and a lifted contour from front to back. She has not had children yet, and she trains consistently. This is not about weight loss. It is about removing stubborn fat, carving definition, and tightening the skin so the result holds.

Dr. Emer calls this the apex of CELESTA™: the most contoured, the tightest look, the most fat reduced, the most tightened, cellulite improved, contours made. That is what CELESTA™ is, and that is what this session delivers.

What the treatment actually does

The session is built in stages. First, fat is removed from the areas she wants sculpted: the torso, the upper back rolls, the areas that do not respond to training. That fat is prepared and purified for grafting to the hip dip and the buttock, not to make her bigger, but to fill the indent and lift from the back.

Then comes Renuvion, the internal skin tightening device. Dr. Emer heats the tissue from the inside to contract and firm the skin over the newly sculpted contour. This is not optional in his approach. If you are doing liposculpture after weight loss, after GLP medications, or if you have loose skin from any cause, the skin must be tightened at the same time or the result will not hold.

Why 360° matters, especially before children

She has not had children yet, so one of the questions that comes up is what happens if she gains weight later. The answer depends on how the work is done. When only the front or only the lower stomach is treated, fat can grow unevenly in the untreated areas: the back, the flanks, even the breasts and thighs.

Dr. Emer addresses all areas as evenly and as comprehensively as possible in the first session. That way, if weight is gained later, it should expand evenly rather than concentrating in one spot. The Renuvion tightening also acts as a preventative, keeping the skin from loosening afterwards.

How the fat is prepared for grafting

The fat removed during the session is not discarded. It is purified using a closed system called PureGraft, which is why it looks clear and clean in the video. That purified fat is then blended with stem cells, exosomes, and peptides to help it survive once it is placed into the hip dip and buttock.

This is part of why the session is priced as a package rather than per area. The time it takes, the size of the patient, whether it is a revision case, how many devices are used, and how the fat is grafted all factor into the plan.

Who this fits

This approach is for women who are fit, who train, and who want definition and tightening that exercise alone cannot deliver. It is also for women who have lost weight, whether through diet, GLP medications, or lifestyle change, and are left with loose skin and stubborn fat.

Candidacy comes down to goals, tissue quality, and whether comprehensive contouring with skin tightening fits your plan, which is exactly what a consultation covers.
