Lean does not mean defined

The patient in this video is fit and athletic. He trains consistently, and the muscle is there. The problem is that his skin does not allow him to see as much definition as the work deserves, and he has small pockets of fat that blur the lines he is trying to build.

This is not about removing a large volume of fat. It is about sculpting: removing fat where it hides the muscle, tightening skin where it sags, and using the harvested tissue to build the chest and shoulders into a broader, more athletic shape.

What the plan covers

Dr. Emer starts at the back: sculpting the flanks, the buttock dimples, and the upper back to create a curve and remove the areas that tend to hold fat as men age. He uses vaser ultrasound to go superficially under the skin, which allows him to remove fat close to the surface and tighten the tissue at the same time.

Then he moves to the front: defining the six pack, flattening the lower stomach, and carving the V taper from the ribs down to the hips. The fat removed from the torso is harvested and used to build the upper chest and round out the shoulders, giving the broad Gladiator look that makes the whole body read as one shape.

He also addresses gynecomastia, the glandular tissue around the areola that can make the chest look puffy even when the rest of the body is lean. That tissue is removed through a small incision hidden under the nipple.

Skin tightening built into the plan

This patient has loose skin in the lower stomach from running and movement over time. There is almost no fat left to remove in that area, so the result depends on tightening the skin itself.

Dr. Emer uses internal plasma, which contracts the tissue from underneath and smooths everything out. You can hear it working in the video: it is smoky, it is tight, and it gives the flattest possible result without a surgical tuck.

Fat transfer to the chest and shoulders

The fat harvested from the torso and back is injected into the upper chest and shoulders to build size and roundness. Dr. Emer places about 40 to 50 cc per side into the shoulders, which lifts and broadens them immediately.

The fat is thick because the patient is lean, so some of it includes connective tissue and soft tissue from the harvest. That thickness helps it stay and build a lasting contour, and as the patient returns to the gym and trains, the fat integrates with the muscle and firms into the shape.

Who this fits

This is for men who are already lean and athletic but cannot see the definition they are working for. It is not about weight loss. It is about sculpting what is already there into a shape that reads as intentional, carved, and balanced from every angle.

Candidacy depends on your skin quality, your fat distribution, and how much enhancement makes sense for your build. That is what a consultation covers.
