When the first surgery left work unfinished
The patient in this video had body sculpting surgery elsewhere. The result was not as defined as he expected, the skin was loose, and scar tissue created irregularities across the torso and arms. He came to Dr. Emer to fix it.
This is a revision case: correcting what was done before while adding the definition, tightening and symmetry that should have been there from the start. Dr. Emer used ultrasonic liposculpture to work through the scar tissue, purified fat grafting to build the chest and shoulders, Renuvion J Plasma for internal skin tightening, and a surgical chest lift to reposition the nipple and reshape the lower chest.
Why scar tissue changes the plan
Scar tissue from previous surgery creates resistance under the skin, making traditional liposuction difficult and risky. Dr. Emer used the super wet technique, flooding the area with numbing fluid to lift the tissue, combined with ultrasonic energy to gently push the scar tissue and fat cells aside.
That approach allowed him to sculpt through the resistance without traumatizing the tissue further. The ultrasound breaks apart the scar tissue so the skin can be lifted and reshaped, and the fat can be harvested cleanly for grafting.
Building the chest and shoulders with purified fat
Dr. Emer harvested fat from the flanks and torso, purified it, and blended it with exosomes before grafting it to the chest and shoulders. The exosomes, stem cells and growth factors help the fat cells survive and integrate into the new tissue.
The fat was placed to lift the upper chest, round out the shoulders, and create the broad, dense look the patient wanted. The chest also received a surgical lift: the nipple was repositioned higher, and the lower chest was reshaped to remove the sagging that the first surgery left behind.
Internal tightening where the skin was loose
Renuvion J Plasma was used internally across the torso, arms, back and mons pubis to tighten the skin from underneath. The device delivers controlled heat to contract the tissue without external incisions, addressing the looseness that remained after the first procedure.
The mons pubis, the area above the genital region, was also aggressively liposuctioned and tightened. That area is often overlooked, but if left untreated it can create a pooch even after the rest of the body is sculpted.
Peptides and recovery
After the procedure, the patient will start on peptides to support skin tightening and muscle building during recovery. The combination of sculpting, fat grafting, internal heating and peptide support is designed to give him the definition and tightness that the first surgery did not deliver.
This was a full revision: correcting irregularities, removing scar tissue, tightening loose skin, and building the chest, shoulders and core definition that should have been the outcome the first time.
