“The volume from the alo clay is a little more natural in feel because it's basically part it's adiposite cells. So fat cells plus it's um what we call ECM which is extracellular matrix cells. These cells tell your body to produce your own fat.”

Silicone builds the glans where hyaluronic acid absorbs

The glans is spongy tissue. Hyaluronic acid absorbs into it like water on a sponge, requiring large volumes with poor longevity. Silicone stays in place and the body builds collagen around it over time.

“The glands of the penis itself is very spongy. If you put too much HA filler, think of water on a sponge, it looks much not much difference in size, but you have to use a lot a lot goes into that sponge to fill it.
