Three weeks in, the definition is already appearing
The patient in this video was muscular before the procedure. He trained six days a week, consistently, but he was predisposed to fat gain in the stomach, chest and face. The work was there, the muscle was there, but the definition was not breaking through.
Dr. Emer is showing him at the three week mark after MAXORIS™ APEX, a combined session that sculpted the abs, chest, arms, shoulders, back and buttocks, plus facial contouring with buccal fat pad reduction and neck tightening. At three weeks the swelling is still present, but the shape is already visible: the upper chest has lift and cleavage, the obliques are starting to edge in, the jawline is tighter and more angular.
What MAXORIS™ APEX does to the body
MAXORIS™ APEX is high definition liposculpture designed for men who train. Fat is removed from areas that blur definition, the abs, chest, shoulders, biceps and back, and then the remaining tissue is sculpted to follow the muscle underneath. In some cases fat is transferred to areas like the buttocks to add elevation and roundness.
Dr. Emer describes the result at three weeks as the beginning of the drying and tightening phase. It takes about six weeks for the real definition to come in, and a few months for areas like the lower back to fully settle. At three weeks this patient is already showing the tapering of the torso, the roundness of the chest from the side, the shoulder definition and the straightness of the oblique edges that Dr. Emer says men want to see.
The face: buccal fat removal, jaw sculpting and neck tightening
The same session included facial work. Dr. Emer removed the buccal fat pads to create hollowing in the cheeks, tightened the neck with liposuction, and sculpted the jawline to create what he calls the max jaw look: a clean line from the center of the chin to the edge of the ear.
At three weeks the neck has much less loose skin when pinched, the chin projects more, the angle of the mandible is elevated and tighter, and the cheek hollowing is starting to appear. Dr. Emer notes that it takes at least three months to see the full facial result, but the shadows and contouring are already forming.
This is not a replacement for training
The patient says plainly in the video: he worked out six days a week and was not seeing the definition he wanted because of where his body stored fat. The procedure gave him a more cut baseline to build from, and now as the swelling goes down and he continues training, the result will keep improving.
Dr. Emer emphasizes that this is about longevity in the result, not just doing a treatment and hoping for the best outcome. The plan includes peptides, continued training and optimizing recovery. The sculpting reveals the work, it does not replace it.
Who this fits
MAXORIS™ APEX is built for men who train consistently but cannot show the muscle they are building because of stubborn fat or loose skin. It is not a shortcut for someone who does not work out. It is a finishing tool for someone who does.
Candidacy, treatment areas, and whether the face and body are done in one session or staged separately are all determined in consultation based on your build, your goals and your recovery capacity.
