What the treatment does
This patient had already seen improvement from a previous session. This visit was about adding length and girth using a combination of Alloclae and regenerative filler. Alloclae is a cadaveric extracellular matrix: basement membrane cells, growth factors and peptides from donated tissue, purified for use in reconstruction and enhancement.
Dr. Emer placed the material along the pubic bone to push the penis forward, adding a quarter to a half inch of length, and then into the shaft itself to build girth. The result is designed to feel natural and integrate with the tissue over time, similar to fat grafting but with more control over placement.
Why the hybrid approach
Alloclae alone stimulates tissue growth and provides a soft, natural feel. But without stabilization, any injectable material in this area can shift or clump as the penis moves and changes size. Dr. Emer addresses that by layering hyaluronic acid and Pmama over the Alloclae, which acts as a glue to hold the material in place and adds additional volume at the same time.
The combination limits the lumps, bumps and migration that older fat grafting techniques sometimes caused. The canula technique also reduces bruising and swelling compared to needle injection.
Downtime and restrictions
No sexual activity or masturbation for one to two weeks after any injection in this area. If bruising resolves faster, that timeline can be shortened. The video shows the result immediately after the session: substantially larger, with minimal bruising and a tapered shape from base to tip.
Who this is for
This is a medical procedure with specific candidacy requirements. Goals, anatomy, and realistic expectations are all part of the consultation. Dr. Emer uses this combination across body and facial reconstruction, and the same principles of tissue integration and natural feel apply here.
