The word filler covers different materials with different properties. Before discussing volume, understand the product, the purpose and what can happen if a result needs revision.
Ask for the exact product and why it suits the plan. Hyaluronic acid, biostimulatory products and permanent fillers are not interchangeable, and their reversibility and risks differ.
A filler consultation concerns contour and volume. It should not promise to treat erectile dysfunction or substitute for an assessment of pain, curvature or other symptoms.
Discuss swelling, asymmetry, nodules, infection and vascular complications, along with aftercare and the response plan if something is wrong. The right decision includes the possibility of doing nothing.

Get the exact proposed material, amount, expected course, alternatives and complication plan in writing. Ask which parts of the plan are off-label.
Obtain guidance on sex, exercise, hygiene and follow-up. Combining filler with another procedure can change the recovery instructions.

No. Filler is a material used for cosmetic volume. The P-Shot uses a preparation made from blood and has a different evidence base.
Cosmetic enhancement should not be promised as treatment for erectile dysfunction. Discuss functional symptoms separately with an appropriate clinician.
No. Material matters. Hyaluronidase does not dissolve silicone or PMMA, and permanent filler removal may be difficult or impossible.
Do not assume that a girth-focused procedure will increase length. Ask the clinician to define the intended outcome and its limitations.
Bring product names, dates, amounts and records if available. Unknown or permanent materials may change what can reasonably be offered.
Ask for the product, proposed amount, follow-up arrangements and any additional procedures to be itemized. A quote should match an individual assessment.
