What Dr. Emer did · PHALLONOX

Every procedure. In order.

  1. 01

    Nerve block and topical anesthesia

Nerve blocks and topical cream to manage discomfort during injection.

“We're doing using nerve blocks and topical creams. So, it's reasonable in pain, not too much pain.”

    Dr. Emer, in the film
  2. 02

Microdroplet silicone injection to glans PHALLONOX™

Intradermal injection of medical-grade silicone in microdroplets across the entire glans, including the corona and extending to the urethra, building full-area thickness rather than isolated corona augmentation.

“We're really building, you see, every portion of the head, including all the way up to near the urethra. And this allows him to get full area thickness rather than just the again the area of the corona.”

    Dr. Emer, in the film
  3. 03

    Post-treatment circulation protocol RECODEX™

Daily Cialis, PT-141 peptide, and topical nitro paste to increase circulation and support tissue integration.

“What we do afterwards, we have people on daily seialis PT41 peptide. All this increases circulation of this area. It's very good. We add a little bit of nitro paste afterwards.”

Why patients fly in

What Dr. Emer does differently.

Switched from hyaluronic acid to silicone after years of clinical experience

Dr. Emer used hyaluronic acid and PMA for years but found the glans tissue behaves like a sponge: it fills quickly with filler and loses volume quickly, often becoming bumpy. Silicone builds thickness more reliably and integrates permanently.

“Think of the head like a sponge. This area fills up with blood really easily. It does the same thing with filler, but then the filler can go down really quickly.”

Full glans augmentation, not just corona

Most practitioners only augment the corona (the ridge). Dr. Emer injects the entire glans, including areas near the urethra, for proportionate, full-area thickness.

“We're really building, you see, every portion of the head, including all the way up to near the urethra. And this allows him to get full area thickness rather than just the again the area of the corona which most people are kind of if anyone's doing this very r rare that people do but if they are it's usually the only place they're doing it.”

Conservative, staged approach over multiple sessions

Dr. Emer limits the amount placed per session to reduce risk and allow tissue integration. Early asymmetry or small lumps are addressed by continuing to fill and blend over subsequent sessions.

“I do it very conservatively. We limit a certain amount per time. And again uh with bruising, no sex or masturbation for that week or two while it's bruised.”

Intradermal technique with controlled material loss

A small amount of filler spurts out during injection, which confirms correct dermal placement. This is intentional technique, not waste.

“And again, when you do intrammal injection, you're going to get a little bit of filler that kind of spurts out. And I know people go, Oh, you're wasting some. But that's actually knowing you're in the right space. That's how you get this result.”

Post-procedure peptide and vasodilator protocol

Daily Cialis, PT-141 peptide, and nitro paste increase circulation to the treated area, supporting integration and recovery.

“What we do afterwards, we have people on daily seialis PT41 peptide. All this increases circulation of this area. It's very good. We add a little bit of nitro paste afterwards. Just a tiny bit to help increase the circulation.”

What Dr. Emer decided to do

Conservative placement, controlled recovery, and results that build over time.

  3. 03The session

    In the room, in order

Silicone does not behave that way. It builds thickness more reliably and integrates into the tissue over time. The trade is that it is permanent, so the technique and placement have to be right from the start.

    • Numb and prepare
    • Inject microdroplet silicone
    • Blend and build
    • Recover and return
  4. 04The result

    What changed

The head is visibly larger immediately after the session, and the result continues to firm and integrate over the following weeks. The corona is always made bigger, and the entire glans is filled to create proportion with the shaft.

There is a limit to how much volume the tissue will accept. At a certain point, the area will harden or thicken and will not take more material. The final size depends on the anatomy you started with, not just the amount of filler placed.

“Look, now it's substantially bigger. And look with the penis. It looks more proportionate. Actually, it's great, especially now that the shaft is increased.”DR. JASON EMER · FROM THE VIDEO
  5. 05What comes next

    Recovery and what to expect

Bruising is normal. No sex or masturbation for one to two weeks while the bruising resolves. Once the bruising is gone, normal activity can resume, but patients are told not to go overboard in the first couple of weeks.

Dr. Emer has had patients move filler to the wrong side by having sex too soon after treatment. The material needs time to settle into place before the area is subjected to friction or pressure.

Glans enlargement with microdroplet silicone / Why silicone

The head behaves like a sponge.

Hyaluronic acid fills it quickly and goes down quickly. Silicone builds thickness that lasts.

Dr. Emer used to perform this treatment with hyaluronic acid and PMA. After years of doing it, he found that the tissue of the glans fills with blood easily, and it does the same thing with filler. Hyaluronic acid can go down quickly, and the area tends to get bumpy.

Why silicone instead of hyaluronic acid

Dr. Emer used to perform glans enlargement with hyaluronic acid and PMA. After years of doing it, he found that the tissue of the head behaves like a sponge: it fills with blood easily, and it does the same thing with filler. That means hyaluronic acid can go down quickly, and the area tends to get bumpy.

Silicone does not behave that way. It builds thickness more reliably and integrates into the tissue over time. The trade is that it is permanent, so the technique and placement have to be right from the start.

What happens during the session

The patient is numbed with nerve blocks and topical cream. Dr. Emer injects microdroplet silicone into the dermis of the glans, building volume across the entire head, not just the corona. The area is very vascular, so pressure and technique matter.

A small amount of filler may spurt out during injection. That is not waste: it confirms the material is being placed in the correct layer. Most people will have some asymmetry or small lumps at the beginning, and those are addressed by continuing to fill and blend the area over multiple sessions.

The treatment, explained

What is glans enlargement?

Also called glans augmentation, penile head enlargement, microdroplet silicone injection, permanent penile filler, corona augmentation, glans enhancement.

What it is
Glans enlargement with microdroplet silicone is a permanent filler treatment that increases the size and thickness of the head of the penis. Medical-grade silicone is injected in small droplets into the dermal layer of the glans, building volume across the entire head, including the corona and areas near the urethra. The result is proportionate thickness that integrates into tissue over time.
How it works
The procedure is performed under nerve block and topical anesthesia. Microdroplet silicone is injected into the dermis of the glans using a precise intradermal technique. The material is placed across the entire head, not just the corona, to create full-area thickness. A small amount of filler may spurt out during injection, which confirms correct placement. The area is highly vascular, so bruising is normal. Post-treatment, patients use daily Cialis, PT-141 peptide, and topical nitro paste to increase circulation and support tissue integration.
Who it is for
This treatment is for men seeking permanent glans augmentation who want a result that builds over time and integrates into tissue. It is appropriate for men who have realistic expectations about final size, which is limited by the anatomy they start with, and who are willing to undergo multiple sessions for optimal results. It is not appropriate for men seeking immediate, dramatic size increase or those unwilling to follow strict post-treatment recovery protocols.
Recovery
Bruising is normal and resolves within one to two weeks. No sexual activity or masturbation during this period, as movement can displace filler. Once bruising resolves, normal activity resumes. Daily Cialis, PT-141 peptide, and topical nitro paste are used to increase circulation. Recovery and session planning are determined at consultation based on individual anatomy and goals.
When results show
Results build over multiple sessions. Early asymmetry or small lumps are addressed by continuing to fill and blend in subsequent sessions. The final size depends on the anatomy you start with, not just the amount of filler placed. At a certain point, the tissue will harden or thicken and will not accept more material. Silicone is permanent, so the result lasts indefinitely once the desired thickness is achieved.

Multiple sessions are part of the plan

Dr. Emer limits the amount placed per session and builds the result over time. That approach reduces the risk of unevenness and allows the tissue to integrate the material properly.

The area is very vascular

Bruising is normal. Pressure and technique matter. A small amount of filler may spurt out during injection, which confirms the material is being placed in the correct layer.

There is a limit to how much the tissue will accept

At a certain point, the area will harden or thicken and will not take more material. The final size depends on the anatomy you started with, not just the amount of filler placed.

Recovery requires discipline

No sexual activity for one to two weeks while bruising resolves. Patients who have sex too soon can move filler to the wrong side.

Asked plainly, answered plainly

What men ask before they book.

Why did Dr. Emer stop using hyaluronic acid for glans enlargement?+

After years of performing this treatment with hyaluronic acid and PMA, Dr. Emer found that the glans tissue behaves like a sponge: it fills quickly with filler but loses volume quickly and often becomes bumpy. Silicone builds thickness more reliably and integrates into tissue permanently, producing more consistent results.

Is microdroplet silicone permanent?+

Yes. Silicone is a permanent filler. If correction is needed, it requires surgical removal or localized steroid injection to shrink a specific spot. Dr. Emer has not had any issues in his career, and most patients want more volume rather than less.

How many sessions will I need?+

Most patients build the result over multiple sessions. Dr. Emer limits the amount placed per session to reduce risk and allow tissue integration. Early asymmetry or small lumps are addressed by continuing to fill and blend over subsequent sessions.

What is the recovery like?+

Bruising is normal and resolves within one to two weeks. No sex or masturbation during this period, as movement can displace filler to the wrong side. Once bruising is gone, normal activity resumes. Daily Cialis, PT-141 peptide, and topical nitro paste are used to increase circulation.

Can I get as big as I want?+

No. There is a limit to how much volume the tissue will accept. At a certain point, the area will harden or thicken and will not take more material. The final size depends on the anatomy you start with, not just the amount of filler placed.

Does Dr. Emer only inject the corona?+

No. Dr. Emer injects the entire glans, including the corona and areas near the urethra, to create full-area thickness and proportionate results. Most practitioners only augment the corona, which is the ridge at the edge of the glans.

What happens if I have sex too soon after treatment?+

Movement during the first one to two weeks can displace filler to the wrong side. Dr. Emer had one patient whose wife pointed out exactly where she wanted the filler placed, but they had sex three days later and pushed it to the opposite side, requiring additional treatment to balance both sides.

Is this treatment painful?+

Nerve blocks and topical cream are used to manage discomfort. The pain is reasonable, not excessive. The area is highly vascular, so pressure and technique are important to minimize bruising.
