The signs of poorly executed body sculpting are specific and visible.
An overly flat lower abdomen with deep symmetric grooves, a chest that sags or shows indentations near the nipple, shoulders and arms that do not match the definition of the midsection. These are the markers of either disproportionate training or sculpting that was limited to one area and ignored the rest of the body.
Proper technique removes fat where it should be removed, sculpts the areas in between, and uses heating and grafting to blend the borders so nothing looks blocky or unnatural. The chest lifts and defines without an indent, the shoulders round and frame the torso, and the abs read as muscular rather than carved.
