Penile enhancement is a procedure to increase the girth and improve the function of the penis using injectable fillers, platelet-rich plasma, botulinum toxin and shock wave therapy. Dr. Emer's PHALLONOX™ program combines hyaluronic acid filler, PMMA (Bellafill) or fat with the P-Shot (PRP, stem cells and exosomes), Botox to release the suspensory ligament and stimulate circulation, and shock wave therapy to build blood vessels. The treatment increases size, strengthens erections, enhances sensitivity and improves long-term vitality.
How it works
The procedure is performed in the office under nerve block and topical anesthesia. Filler is injected into the shaft and glans of the penis to add girth. PRP, stem cells and exosomes are placed into the tissue to improve circulation and prevent complications. Botox is injected into the suspensory ligament at the base of the penis to allow it to hang lower, into the cremasteric muscle to lower the scrotum, and into the penile tissue to increase girth when erect. Shock wave therapy is applied to the area to create controlled microtrauma and stimulate new blood vessel formation. Each session adds approximately a quarter to half an inch in girth, depending on the amount and type of filler used. Sessions are spaced one to two months apart.
Who it is for

Recovery
Bruising and swelling last up to two weeks. No sex or masturbation is allowed during this time. Normal showering, bathing and exercise are permitted, but no hot tubs, saunas, steam rooms or submerging in oceans, ponds or lakes. Some fine irregularities, lumps, bumps or areas of hardness in the penis are normal and expected.
