DR. JASON EMER INSIDE THE PRACTICE

This is what a rewrite looks like. Three months later.

Three Months After A MAXORIS™ Rewrite: Fixing Over-Removed Fat, Chest, Arms And Male Buttock Sculpting

Three months after a revision Dr. Jason Emer calls the rewrite procedure: irregularities and scar tissue from prior lipo corrected, a flatter lower abdomen, a squared chest, separated arms and a lifted, sculpted buttock.

  1. 01Before

    The starting point

From the side, the bumps, the scar tissue and the missing definition were easy to see.

This patient came in with a lot of irregularities after a previous procedure, plus a downward sloping chest even at a young age. Dr. Emer reshaped everything to get him flat at the bottom, built up the abs he already had at the top, and used internal heating to tighten.

  2. 02The plan

What Dr. Emer decided to do

Correcting what was over-taken, then building the shape that should have been there.

  3. 03The session

    In the room, in order

At three months the abs are starting to pop, the chest is bigger and more squared, the arms show separation between the bicep, tricep and shoulder, and the buttock is lifted and tight. The fibrosis he had before is gone.

    • Reshape and flatten the lower abdomen
    • Build up the abs underneath
    • Tighten from inside
    • Square the chest and separate the arms
    • Sculpt the backside

Why this was a rewrite

This patient came to Dr. Emer after a previous procedure left him with a lot of irregularities. In Dr. Emer's words, fat had been over-taken, and the result was bumps, scar tissue and a lack of definition that showed from the side.

Dr. Emer calls this the rewrite procedure, because the job is fixing something that went wrong before. He had to reshape everything: get the lower abdomen flat, build up the abs the patient already had underneath at the top, and use internal heating to tighten the tissue at the same time.

The chest and arms

Even as a young man, the patient had a downward sloping chest. The goal was a more sculpted chest, and at three months it reads bigger and more squared instead of sloping down.

The arms were sculpted as part of the same MAXORIS™ plan. Flexed, the separation between the bicep, the tricep and the shoulder is visible, the detail that makes the upper body look built rather than simply lean.

How the rewrite is built

Five areas. One plan.

Correcting what was over-taken, then building the shape that should have been there.

  1. 01

Reshape and flatten the lower abdomen

The irregular areas are reshaped so the lower abdomen sits flat, the level of fat reduction Dr. Emer says is almost impossible without really good sculpting.

  2. 02

    Build up the abs underneath

The abs the patient already has are brought forward at the top, so the definition is his own muscle and not an etched line in the fat.

  3. 03

    Tighten from inside

Internal heating is used at the same time to tighten the tissue and clear the fibrosis and scar tissue from before.

  4. 04

Square the chest and separate the arms

A downward sloping chest is sculpted to look bigger and more squared, and the arms are shaped to show the separation between bicep, tricep and shoulder.

  5. 05

    Sculpt the backside

Male BBL sculpting lifts and tightens the buttock, with a rounded curve from the rib margin down to the sacral bone.

Why Dr. Emer

Fixing lipo is harder than doing it the first time.

A revision has to correct what was taken without making anything worse.

Dr. Emer built his reputation on body sculpting that reads as natural at rest and unmistakable in motion, and he personally performs every procedure in his practice.

Revision work means reshaping tissue that has already been treated: smoothing irregularities, clearing scar tissue and bringing back the definition that should have been there. Patients come to him when a previous procedure did not deliver.

About Dr. Emer
EMER METHOD™×RECODEX™

Real muscle shows through

The abs are the patient's own muscle under his normal fat, not lines etched into the fat.

Scar tissue is cleared

The fibrosis from the previous procedure is gone, and the veins are starting to show through.

Shape front, side and back

The chest, arms, abdomen and buttock are planned together so every angle reads the same.

It keeps improving

Dr. Emer expects another three months before the ultimate result, with training adding to it.

Asked plainly, answered plainly

What patients ask before a rewrite.

What is the rewrite procedure?+

It is what Dr. Emer calls revision sculpting that fixes something that went wrong before, such as irregularities and scar tissue after fat was over-taken.

How long until the final result?+

In this case Dr. Emer expects another three months beyond the three month mark for the ultimate result, and training continues to improve it.

What about the looseness and redness that are left?+

Dr. Emer expects the redness to fade over time. Lasers such as Vbeam and Fraxel, skincare, and skin tightening such as Morpheus8 can help.

Can more definition be added later?+

A small amount of filler or fat, such as alloClae, can build certain areas slightly. Whether that fits is decided in consultation.

Is this a male BBL?+

Part of the plan was what Dr. Emer calls male BBL or sculpting of the backside, lifting and tightening the buttock.
