Built in the gym, finished in the chair

The patient in this video is muscular, disciplined, and already committed to training. He had lost a lot of weight, and his buttock had sagging that lifting alone could not fix. This was his second session with Dr. Emer: the first treatment set the foundation, months of training built on it, and this visit was about adding more lift and volume.

Dr. Emer placed Alloclae blended with Sculptra to lift the buttock and add contour, molding the material directly into the muscle. The result is designed to work with training: as he loads the glutes, the material integrates with skin and muscle and firms into the shape rather than sitting on top of it.

What the treatment actually does

Alloclae is a regenerative filler derived from cadaver fat, and Sculptra stimulates collagen over the following weeks. Placed together into the buttock, the blend adds immediate lift and volume, then continues building as the material integrates with tissue.

Dr. Emer places the material in a specific plane, then massages and molds it by hand to blend the contour. The upper pole is raised to create perkiness, the center cleavage is filled to avoid a blob effect, and the lower portion is lifted to address loose skin. The result is visible during the session, and it continues to improve as the patient trains.

What it feels like and how long it takes to settle

Initially, the material feels a little thick, like harder bumps or a tight area. Then it molds into the tissue and becomes your own fat, blending with the muscle. Within a month or two, you do not really feel it, but at the beginning it may feel space occupying because there is something there.

The material forms the matrix that your own fat cells typically form and allows them to form around it more. When you work out, it builds muscle and fat and is very regenerative.

Who this fits

This is not a shortcut for someone who does not train. It is a finishing tool for men who already lift and want the glutes to match the effort, without surgery and without a long recovery. The patient in this video is a bodybuilder, and the treatment complements his exercise and diet.

Candidacy comes down to goals, tissue, and how much enhancement makes sense for your build, which is exactly what a consultation covers. If you do surgery and inject this with fat, your own fat, the results are even better because your own fat has a scaffold by which it can be placed to survive.
