Why patients fly in

What Dr. Emer does differently.

Alloclae is enhanced with growth factors, PLLA and peptides in a proprietary blend no one else uses.

Dr. Emer mixes Alloclae with Sculptra, growth factors and peptides to activate the graft and stimulate collagen, a formulation he developed and other practices do not replicate.

“Mixing it with growth factors, other ingredients like PL, PLLA, which is our sculptra, um, growth factors and peptides. There's a lot of different things that we do uniquely with alo clay.”

Training is prescribed within days, not weeks of rest.

Blood flow from working out activates the graft and helps it integrate. Most patients return to the gym in one to three days, and Dr. Emer wants that movement.

“We want you working out. I know people tell you wait let it settle. No, we actually want it in this tissue. We want the blood supply. We want it activated. So, usually one or two days up to three days of weight and then back to the gym.”

Peptides are added to support muscle repair and graft survival.

BPC-157 and TB-4 (the Wolverine stack) or IGF-1 injected into the muscle after Alloclae placement help the graft survive and can repair old tendon or joint injuries at the same time.

“If you want to use it after the alo clay for a couple weeks or a month or if you want to use it if you have a t an an issue with like a tendon and you had injury there. We have found that when people do these types of injections and add the IGF-1 a few times a week even into the muscle it not only helps the alo clay survive but it also helps their muscle repair.”

Alloclae corrects defects from prior surgery without a revision.

Men who had gynecomastia gland removal without simultaneous liposuction or skin lifting often have an indent around the nipple. Dr. Emer fills that defect with Alloclae in the office, avoiding a surgical revision.

    The starting point

He changed his whole life: hormones, peptides, multiple surgeries, and now regenerative enhancement.

He arrived muscular and disciplined, three years into a complete rebuild. The chest and biceps were strong, but small defects showed under gym lighting: an indent around the nipple from old gynecomastia surgery, and a bicep that healed unevenly after a tendon injury.

    What changed

Dr. Emer wants patients back in the gym within one to three days. The Alloclae is a fat extracellular matrix that tells fat cells to grow, and blood flow from training helps it integrate and survive. The material is activated by movement, not weakened by it.

For muscle injuries, adding peptides like BPC-157 and TB-4 (the Wolverine stack) or IGF-1 directly into the muscle can help both the repair and the graft. Dr. Emer has patients use these growth factors systemically or locally for a few weeks after the procedure to support healing and muscle growth.

“So now look, now we have the structure he was looking for. He has that definition along the sides.”DR. JASON EMER · FROM THE VIDEO

Chest and bicep structure, corrected in one visit / Patient story

Three years of transformation. One visit to refine it.

Dr. Emer placed Alloclae blended with Sculptra to fill the indents and add structure. The material was molded into the muscle during the session, each entry point closed with a dissolvable stitch, and he was cleared to train again within days.

Refinement, not replacement

The patient in this video is not starting from scratch. He is muscular, disciplined, and three years into a complete transformation: hormonal optimization, peptides, anti-aging protocols, multiple surgeries, and now regenerative enhancement. The goal today is refinement: correcting small volume loss around the nipple from previous gynecomastia surgery and evening out a bicep defect from an old injury.

Dr. Emer uses Alloclae blended with Sculptra to fill the indents and add structure. The material is placed in the office with numbing medicine, molded into the existing muscle, and the patient can return to the gym within days.

What the treatment corrects

Many men who had gynecomastia surgery when younger are left with an indentation around the nipple, especially if the gland was removed without simultaneous liposuction or skin lifting. The chest may be flat, but the contour reads uneven under certain lighting or when flexing.

Alloclae acts as a fat substitute for patients who do not have much body fat to harvest. Blended with Sculptra to stimulate collagen, the material lifts the indent and tightens the border of the chest. On the bicep, it fills the defect where a tendon injury healed unevenly and adds a subtle peak.

How a session is built

Four moves. One visit.

Planned around a training schedule: minutes per area, and back under the bar within days.

  1. 01

    Plan and mark

The chest and bicep are assessed and marked so both sides finish symmetric and blended.

  2. 02

    Place and mold

Alloclae with Sculptra is placed into the muscle and molded by hand to fill indents and add definition.

  3. 03

    Close with a dissolvable stitch

Each entry point closes with a single dissolvable stitch, nothing to remove later.

  4. 04

    Back to training in days

Most patients are cleared within one to three days, and continued training helps the result integrate and survive.

The treatment, explained

What is Alloclae chest sculpting?

Also called Alloclae bicep enhancement, regenerative muscle sculpting, fat extracellular matrix injection, gynecomastia indent correction, bicep defect repair, muscle definition filler, cadaver fat graft.

What it is
Alloclae is a cadaver-derived fat extracellular matrix (ECM) that tells fat cells to grow, used as a regenerative filler to correct muscle defects, add definition and fill indents in the chest and biceps. Dr. Emer blends it with Sculptra (poly-L-lactic acid) to stimulate collagen and firms it into the muscle during the session. It is placed through small entry points, molded by hand, and closed with dissolvable stitches.
How it works
The treatment is performed in the office with local numbing medicine. Dr. Emer assesses and marks the chest and biceps for symmetry, injects the Alloclae-Sculptra blend into the muscle at the sites of defects or indents, molds the material by hand to shape and blend it, and closes each entry point with a single dissolvable stitch. The entire session takes minutes per area.
Who it is for
Men who train and want to correct structural defects in the chest or biceps: indents from old gynecomastia surgery, asymmetry from a healed tendon injury, or volume loss from weight loss. Candidates are typically muscular with low body fat and want refinement without surgery or long downtime. The treatment is also used for men who have visible implant edges after pectoral implant surgery or cellulite on the buttocks.
Recovery
Most patients are cleared to return to the gym within one to three days. The dissolvable stitches come out on their own. Training is encouraged because blood flow helps the graft integrate and survive. Peptides such as BPC-157, TB-4 or IGF-1 may be added after the procedure to support muscle repair and graft survival. Downtime is minimal and most patients resume normal activity within days.
When results show
The result is visible immediately and continues to improve as the Alloclae integrates and the Sculptra stimulates collagen over weeks to months. The graft is long-term: Alloclae is a fat ECM that tells fat cells to grow, so it survives like fat. Significant weight loss may reduce volume anywhere fat is present. Continued training helps the result integrate and last.

Fat extracellular matrix

Alloclae is a cadaver-derived graft that tells fat cells to grow. Blended with Sculptra, it stimulates collagen and firms into the surrounding tissue.

Training helps it survive

Blood flow from working out activates the graft and helps it integrate. Dr. Emer wants patients back in the gym within days, not resting for weeks.

Peptides support the result

Adding BPC-157, TB-4 or IGF-1 after the procedure can help both the graft and muscle repair, especially for patients with old injuries.

Asked plainly, answered plainly

What men ask before they book.

Is Alloclae permanent?+

Technically yes. Alloclae is a fat extracellular matrix that tells fat cells to grow, so it survives long term like fat. However, if you lose significant weight, you may lose some volume anywhere fat is present, including where Alloclae was placed.

Can I work out after Alloclae?+

Yes, and Dr. Emer wants you to. Most patients return to the gym within one to three days. Training increases blood flow to the area, which activates the graft and helps it integrate and survive. Rest is not prescribed.

What is the downtime for chest and bicep Alloclae?+

Minimal. The procedure is done in the office with numbing medicine, each entry point is closed with a dissolvable stitch, and most patients resume normal activity within days. The stitches dissolve on their own.

Can Alloclae fix an indent from old gynecomastia surgery?+

Often yes. Many men who had gynecomastia gland removal without simultaneous liposuction or skin lifting are left with an indent around the nipple. Dr. Emer fills that defect with Alloclae blended with Sculptra in the office, avoiding a surgical revision.

Can Alloclae correct a bicep defect from a tendon injury?+

Yes. Alloclae is placed into the muscle at the site of the healed injury to fill the defect and restore symmetry. Adding peptides such as BPC-157, TB-4 or IGF-1 after the procedure can help the muscle repair and the graft survive.

What does Dr. Emer mix with Alloclae?+

Dr. Emer blends Alloclae with Sculptra (PLLA) to stimulate collagen, and may add growth factors and peptides to activate the graft and support muscle repair. This proprietary blend is unique to his practice and not replicated elsewhere.

Can Alloclae be done with other procedures?+

Yes. Dr. Emer often combines Alloclae with fat grafting, skin tightening (Morpheus), or peptide therapy to optimize the result. The treatment plan is set during consultation based on your goals and anatomy.

What peptides help Alloclae survive?+

BPC-157 and TB-4 (the Wolverine stack) or IGF-1 injected into the muscle after Alloclae placement help the graft survive and can repair old tendon or joint injuries. Dr. Emer also prescribes Vitosculpt, a supplement with BPC, to support muscle recovery and graft integration.
