MAXORIS™ FACE / The face, planned as one structure
Male facial sculpting.Structure first. Product second.
A strong male face is not a jawline in isolation. It is the relationship between chin, jaw, cheeks, under-eyes, neck, and skin. Treatment starts by reading that whole structure, then deciding what, if anything, each zone actually needs.
Injectable, surgical, device, and skin options carry different risks and recovery. Recommendations are made only after an in-person assessment.

01 / The philosophy
Faces are read whole. So they are planned whole.
People do not see a chin or a cheek. They see the way light and shadow move across a face, and whether its proportions agree with each other.
That is why chasing a single feature so often looks wrong. Projecting a chin changes how the jaw reads. Filling a cheek changes the under-eye. Every zone is connected to its neighbors, and a plan that ignores those connections trades one imbalance for another.
The assessment maps bone support, soft tissue, fat distribution, skin quality, and how your face moves. Only then are treatments assigned, and a zone that is already in balance is left alone.
Facial structure, zone by zone
02 / The facial map
Where structureis decided.
Each zone carries its own anatomy and its own options. The plan treats them as parts of one face.
A
Jawline and chin
Projection, width, and the transition into the neck define the lower face. Options range from injectable contouring to skeletal surgery, and for some men the answer is a coordinated series, such as neck refinement, chin support, buccal fat reduction, and precise filler planned as one.
B
Cheeks and under-eyes
Midface support affects how rested and how defined the whole face appears. The right move may be structural support, repositioning, or nothing at all.
C
Neck and lower face
Skin laxity, fat, and muscle behavior determine whether refinement is nonsurgical, surgical, or staged across both.
D
Skin quality
Texture, pores, scarring, and tone decide how sharply the underlying structure reads. Surface and structure are planned together.
03 / The method
Assess, assign,then stage.
The same discipline applies whether a face needs one small refinement or a coordinated series.
01
Map the structure
Bone, soft tissue, skin, movement, asymmetry, and aging pattern are assessed across every zone, against your own sense of what looks natural.
02
Assign the right tools
Each zone gets the approach its anatomy calls for: injectable, surgical, energy-based, skin-level, or deliberately none.
03
Stage and maintain
Work is sequenced so healing and results build on each other, with maintenance planned honestly from the start.
Results you canstudy line by line.
Facial work should survive scrutiny: front-on, in profile, and in motion. The practice documents male facial cases extensively, including video walkthroughs of the reasoning behind them.
Bring the features that concern you, and the consultation will show comparable cases and what was, and was not, done to achieve them.
No. Filler is one tool among several. Depending on the zone, the plan may involve energy-based tightening, fat repositioning or reduction, surgical options, skin treatment, or deliberate restraint.
Will I look done?+
The method exists to avoid exactly that. Male faces tolerate overfilling poorly, so structure is corrected in proportion and zones that do not need treatment are left untouched.
Can jawline work be nonsurgical?+
Often both paths are on the table. Injectable and energy-based options suit some anatomy, while skeletal or surgical approaches suit other cases. The examination determines which is honest for yours.
How many sessions does it take?+
That depends on what is being corrected and how the plan is staged. It is defined at assessment rather than promised in advance.
What about my neck?+
The neck is part of the facial plan by default. Jawline definition and neck contour are read and treated as one transition, not two territories.
