EXFOLIATION

INFUSION

WHAT TO EXPECT DURING A MIRAPEEL TREATMENT
Your MIRApeel treatment will be performed at Dr. Emer’s relaxing, state-of-the-art medical practice in West Hollywood. The procedure typically takes about 30 minutes, depending on the size of the treatment area(s). MIRApeel involves minimal discomfort and does not require anesthesia or pain medication.
WHAT TO EXPECT AFTER MIRAPEEL
Dr. Emer will provide aftercare instructions tailored to your skin type and your MIRApeel treatment. After a MIRApeel procedure, some patients experience mild itchiness and/or redness in the treated area. These symptoms typically subside quickly, and visible improvements to the texture and tone of the skin can be expected after a few days.
In general, patients should not apply makeup, masks, or peels within 48 hours of MIRApeel, unless otherwise directed by Dr. Emer. Using unapproved products on the treated skin could interfere with the skin’s healing process and compromise your results.
Sun exposure and tanning beds should also be avoided as the skin recovers. Dr. Emer will advise you when you can resume your outdoor activities. He can also provide personalized recommendations regarding the best sun protection practices and products you can use to prevent future sun damage.

You will begin to notice the effects of your MIRApeel treatment within a few days. Improvements will continue over the following weeks.
